In the Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County, Jessica Sorcek has filed a lawsuit against Danielle Sarah Schmoyer, Jason Samuel Schmoyer, and John Doe. The case ID is yet to be assigned and it is marked for the term 2024.
The plaintiff, represented by Robert J. Garnick and Matthew Toll from the Law Offices of Garnick & Toll, alleges that on January 3, 2023, she was involved in a motor vehicle accident caused by the defendants. The incident occurred between approximately 6:30-7:30 P.M., at or near the intersection of Pennell Road with Glenwood Circle in Middletown Township, Pennsylvania.
The complaint states that either Danielle Sarah Schmoyer or John Doe, operating a vehicle owned by Jason Samuel Schmoyer, made a sudden U-turn which resulted in a collision with Sorcek's vehicle. This accident led to injuries and damages sustained by the plaintiff.
Sorcek seeks judgment against the defendants for their alleged negligence and carelessness which directly resulted in her injuries and damages. She requests relief for any money claimed in the complaint or for any other claim requested by her.
