In the Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County, plaintiffs Anita Bivins and Brenda Rinehart have filed a lawsuit against defendant Zenobia Robinson. The case, which is yet to be assigned a number, revolves around an alleged car accident that occurred on August 6, 2023. The plaintiffs are represented by Brad R. Krupnick from Fine Staud and Levy LLC.

Anita Bivins was driving her vehicle with Brenda Rinehart as a passenger on I-95 Southbound in Ridley Township when the incident happened. Zenobia Robinson, who was also driving her vehicle in the same area, reportedly lost control of her car and collided with the plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiffs allege that the defendant's negligence caused the accident. They accuse Robinson of failing to brake or stop, not observing their vehicle's position, losing control of her car, and speeding under the conditions at the time.

Bivins and Rinehart are seeking damages for serious personal injuries they claim to have sustained as a direct result of the accident. A hearing is required for assessment of these damages.
