ERIE – The Erie School District maintains it did not discriminate against an emotionally disabled and autistic boy and then unsafely ejected him from school, contrary to the allegations contained in a lawsuit filed by the boy’s mother.

SCRANTON – A Northeastern Pennsylvania man alleges he contracted septic arthritis and a number of other injuries after receiving a Pneumovax vaccine from a CVS Pharmacy location in East Stroudsburg.
