Manufacturing company accused of age discrimination

PHILADELPHIA – A former employee of a Philadelphia-based manufacturing is suing his former employer over a claim of age discrimination.

PHILADELPHIA – A former employee of a Philadelphia-based manufacturing is suing his former employer over a claim of age discrimination.

Francis J. Solitario filed a lawsuit April 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Richards Apex, Inc. alleging a violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 and the Pennsylvania Humans Relations Act.


Solitario, who is demanding a jury trial, is being represented by attorney Mark S. Scheffer in Bichrunville.
