Worker says he wasn't paid properly by The Happy Huckster Corp.

Wrongful term 09

PENNSYLVANIA — A former employee has filed a class-action lawsuit against The Happy Huckster Corp., citing alleged unpaid wages and wrongful termination.

Steven Zaccaria filed a complaint on May 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against The Happy Huckster Corp alleging that the employer failed to fairly compensate the plaintiff for all his hours worked and terminated him for complaining about the practice.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, between April 2014 and March 2016, he was not properly paid overtime for weeks in which he worked more than 40 hours. The plaintiff holds The Happy Huckster Corp responsible for allegedly violating overtime-pay law.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all unpaid wages.
