PHILADELPHIA — A woman has filed a class-action lawsuit against Childfirst Services Inc., an employer, claiming the company failed to properly pay overtime wages.

Carla Taylor filed a complaint on June 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Childfirst Services Inc., alleging that the employer failed to fairly compensate employee for all hours worked.
