PITTSBURGH — A man is suing Grane Health Care, Amber Hills Assisted Living & Cambria Care Center, claiming the defendants employed him and failed to properly compensate him for overtime.

Joshua Lasinsky filed a complaint on July 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they failed to fairly compensate him for all hours worked.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between December 2011 and February 2014, he was not paid proper overtime wages for weeks in which he worked more than 40 hours. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks unpaid wages, liquidated damages, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Jason A. Archinaco, Robert A. Bracken and Michael A. O'Leary of Archinaco/ Bracken LLC in Pittsburgh.
