Man claims employer didn't pay proper overtime

PITTSBURGH — A former employee is suing Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, alleging failure to pay proper overtime.

Justin L. Nichols filed a complaint on July 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, alleging that the employer failed to fairly compensate the plaintiff for all his hours worked.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that during his employment, he was not paid any overtime premium for working more than 40 hours per week. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly violating the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Act.

The plaintiff seeks unpaid back wages at the applicable rates, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Ronald T. Elliott of Dillon McCandless King Coulter & Graham, LLP in Butler.
