PITTSBURGH — A former employee is suing Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, alleging violation of wage laws.

Scott Collier filed a complaint on Aug. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, alleging that the employer failed to properly compensate him for all hours worked.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime premium. The plaintiff holds Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay a proper overtime premium for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.

The plaintiff seeks unpaid back wages and a severance package at the legal rates, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Ronald T. Elliott of Dillon McCandless King Coulter & Graham, LLP in Butler.
