PHILADELPHIA — A former employee has filed a class-action lawsuit against Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Robert Joseph Buglak Jr. filed a complaint on Aug. 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., alleging that the employer failed to fairly compensate him for all hours worked.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime wages. The plaintiff holds Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay him an overtime premium for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks overtime compensation, liquidated damages, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by James W. Sutton III of James W. Sutton III in Feasterville-Trevose.
