Woman hasn't repaid debt, government alleges

PITTSBURGH — The federal government is suing Erin R. Wermeyer a/k/a Erin R. Doemling, alleging unpaid debt.

The United States of America filed a complaint on Aug. 30 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Wermeyer Doemling, alleging that she failed to settle her debt to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered damages resulting from the unpaid debt. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for the principal amount of her debt plus interest.

The plaintiff seeks in the amount of $10,402.44 plus interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by John F. Kroto of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, P.C. in Erie.
