Primrose Homes accused of breaching contract

Contract 09

PITTSBURGH — A married couple's lawsuit against Primrose Homes Incorporated, a Pennsylvania corporation, alleges breach of contract.

Ward Hopeman and Nicole Hopeman filed a complaint on Sept. 7 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Primrose Homes Incorporated, alleging that the Pennsylvania corporation failed to complete the project it was paid for.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that in 2015, Ward Hopeman and Nicole Hopeman suffered monetary damages for uncompleted work done to their home. The plaintiffs hold Primrose Homes Incorporated responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiffs by terminating the agreement without completing the project.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in the estimated sum of $400,000. They are represented by Jonathan S. McAnney and Lauren N. Rulli of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
