PITTSBURGH — A financial institution is suing Iftikhar Malik, a/k/a Iftikhar A. Malik, individually and d/b/a Malik Foods, and Malik Foods, alleging breach of contract on a credit card account.
American Express Bank FSB filed a complaint on Oct. 4 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay the charges on a credit card.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to pay off a debt.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $44,092.18 plus court costs. It is represented by Jordan W. Felzer of Jordan W. Felzer in Southeastern.
