PITTSBURGH — A former employee has filed a class-action lawsuit against Grady Rentals LLC, claiming the employer violated wage laws.

Matthew Conover filed a complaint on Oct. 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Grady Rentals LLC alleging that he was improperly classified as an independent contractor.
