PHILADELPHIA — A man is suing Priority Capital Leasing Inc., a Massachusetts corporation, citing alleged breach of contract.

Gary Bacher filed a complaint on Sept. 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Priority Capital Leasing, Inc. alleging that the Massachusetts corporation interfered with the plaintiff's business as well as failing to provide monetary benefits to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff suffered economic damages. The plaintiff holds Priority Capital Leasing Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its contractual obligation to the plaintiff by failing to pay quarterly bonuses while imposing unlawful contractual penalties.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks a declaration that the agreement is null and void, an award of damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by David L. Deratzian of Hahalis & Kounoupis, P.C. in Bethlehem.
