PITTSBURGH — A financial institution is suing Stacy L. Nemeth, citing alleged breach of contract and unpaid debt.
Farmers National Bank of Emlenton filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Nemeth, alleging that she failed to make a payment for the mortgage of her property.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained monetary damages. The plaintiff holds Nemeth responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the principal balance of the mortgage plus interest, causing it to go into default.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $267,348.86 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Scott W. Schreffler and Jeanine Botta Guth of Lynn King & Schreffler, P.C. in Emlenton.
