84 Lumber says Georgia company didn't pay up

PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania business is suing New Visions Real Estate Firm and John Thomas Holmes and Matthew Wilson, all of Georgia, citing alleged breach of contract.

84 Lumber Company L.P. filed a complaint on Nov. 8, in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff for goods and supplies.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly accepted delivery of goods but failed to pay for them.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $60,124.20 plus court costs, interest, and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by S. Manoj Jegasothy and William E. Blick of Gordon & Rees, LLP in Pittsburgh.
