Millvale Borough Development Corp. accused of not paying for work

PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing Millvale Borough Development Corp., another Pennsylvania business, citing alleged breach of contract.

Allied Materials Company d/b/a Overhead Door Company of Greater Pittsburgh filed a complaint on Dec. 12 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Millvale Borough Development Corp., alleging that the Pennsylvania business failed to pay the plaintiff for their services.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Allied Materials Company d/b/a Overhead Door Company of Greater Pittsburgh sustained financial damages to its business by not being paid for its work. The plaintiff holds Millvale Borough Development Corp. responsible because the defendant allegedly refused to pay the plaintiff for work done on the defendant's premises.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the limits of this court plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Thomas E. Weiers Jr. in Sewickley.
