SCRANTON — A New York man has filed a class action lawsuit against Mountain Energy Services Inc., citing alleged unpaid wages and violation of Workers' Compensation acts.

Carl VanVleet filed the complaint on Feb. 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the employer refused to compensate him for his work.
