PHILADELPHIA — An Ohio man has filed a class-action lawsuit against several Pennsylvania telemarketing companies, citing alleged violation of telephone harassment statutes.

The complaint alleges violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks enjoin the defendant. Bauer also wants actual damages, statutory damages, treble damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants.
