Ohio business failed to pay NLMK Pennsylvania for scrap metal, suit alleges

Late 04

PITTSBURGH - A Farrell company is suing Ken Greco Company Inc. and Kenneth J. Greco Sr., citing alleged breach of contract for failing to pay for scrap metal.

NLMK Pennsylvania LLC filed a complaint March 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, an Ohio business and its owner, alleging they failed to pay the plaintiff for its goods and services.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges it sustained financial damages to its company due to unpaid invoices. The plaintiff holds Kenneth Greco and his company responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the invoices sent by the plaintiff for the scrap metal they removed and provided to the defendants.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $1,221,285.37 plus court costs and interest. They are represented by Steven C. Townsend of Pittsburgh.
