Suit alleges oil-field services provider Killion and Sons failed to pay overtime

Oildrill 07

PITTSBURGH — An oil-field employee is suing Killion and Sons Well Service Inc., citing alleged unpaid wages, violation of applicable minimum wage law and violation of Workers' Compensation acts.

John Willhoft filed a complaint on April 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Killion and Sons alleging that the oil-field services company failed to pay fair wages to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he frequently worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible because it allegedly failed to pay minimum wage to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all unpaid wages, overtime wages, interest, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Samuel J. Pasquarelli of Sherrard, German & Kelly P.C. in Pittsburgh.
