PHILADELPHIA — A mother of two minor children is suing Nina J. Goldberg Delia a/k/a Nana Goldberg, Bryan Reese and Allegiance Real Estate LLC, citing alleged violation of federal law for leasing them a home that exposed the minors to lead paint.
N.K. and M.K., minor children by their mother and guardian Sun-Mi Cho, filed a complaint on April 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that they failed to warn the plaintiffs of the dangers of lead paint poisoning.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the minors sustained damages due to prolonged exposure to lead. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to inform the plaintiffs of the high levels of lead in the home.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury, injunctive relief, refund for the cost of the lease, court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Stephen M. Dunne of Dunne Law Offices P.C. in Philadelphia.
