SCRANTON — An arm of Procter & Gamble is suing Margaret M. Losinger and the estate of Jeffrey Rolison, citing alleged breach of contract.
The Procter & Gamble U.S. Business Services Company filed a complaint on April 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that Losinger made wrongful claims to insurance funds stemming from the death of Jeffrey Rolison.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained damages from the defendant's attempt to make separate claims for an insurance policy. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible because Losinger allegedly made double claims to the funds.
The plaintiffs seek to enjoin the defendant; discharge the plaintiff from all liability under the plan; and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Bianca N. Iozzia of Jackson Lewis P.C. in Philadelphia.
