PPL, Talen Energy retirement plans allegedly wrongfully denied man's pension

PHILADELPHIA — A Zionsville man is suing The PPL Retirement Plan and Talen Energy Retirement Plan, both of Allentown, alleging breach of contract.

PHILADELPHIA — A Zionsville man is suing The PPL Retirement Plan and Talen Energy Retirement Plan, both of Allentown, alleging breach of contract.

Donald W. Reid filed a complaint on May 30 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that the defendants denied his claim for pension benefits.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was damaged from having been denied pension that he is owed. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly continued to deny plaintiff's appeals for his pension benefits.

The plaintiff seeks all past pension payments, future monthly pension payments, court costs and any further relief this court grants.
