SCRANTON – A Camp Hill corporation has filed suit against a Texas man over allegations he unlawfully used confidential information.

Harsco Corp. filed a complaint on July 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Eugene J. Zenner alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the defendant was a former employee of the plaintiff and had signed an agreement stating he would not disclose confidential information for work for a competitive business for one year. It alleges the defendant is now working for competitor Sisk Gratings and is marketing, selling and soliciting the plaintiff's clients.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks injunctive relief, enjoin the defendant, actual and compensatory damages in an amount that exceeds $75,000, disgorgement of all profits and compensation, return all confidential information to the plaintiff, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Lawrence H. Pockers of Duane Morris LLP in Philadelphia.
