PHILADELPHIA – A credit card processing service is accused of unlawfully making solicitation calls to a Jenkintown man.

Andrew R. Perrong filed a complaint on Aug. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Tranzvia LLC; Paul Nee, individually and as CEO/president/principal of Tanzvia; Arris Holdings Inc.; Gordon Rose; and Does 1 through 100 citing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that beginning in June, the defendant called him with robocall solicitations. He also alleges the defendant "spoofed" the number of another business and continued to call him after revoking his consent.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks $500 for each negligent violation; $1,500 for each willful violation; compensatory, general, incidental and consequential damages; punitive and special damages; interest; court costs; and any further relief the court grants. He is representing himself.
