PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia company alleges that a Canadian business has been enriched at its expense.
Elev3n LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Vanbex Group Inc. alleging violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, conversion, breach of contract and other counts.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in amounts permitted by the law, accounting of the imposition of constructive trust with respect to the defendant's profits, injunction against the defendant, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants.
