PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh man is seeking $15 million over allegations that his name was forged on documents.

Frederick Coger filed a complaint on Nov. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Robert Patrick Jr., William P. Mullen, Kara N. Templeton, Joanna L. Williams, Cynthia R. Johnson, et al. alleging document fraud.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Williams and Johnson forged his name on documents in 1993 and/or 2000. He alleges that "the wrongdoers" have suspended his license and that he has been blackmailed and falsely imprisoned.

The plaintiff seeks $15 million in damages. He is representing himself.
