ALLENTOWN – A New Jersey couple claims an Allentown company failed to manufacture or deliver a modular home per their agreement.

Jay Griscom and Juanita Griscom filed a complaint on Dec. 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Greenbriar Marketing & Management Inc. and Lawrence Higgins alleging breach of contract and other counts.
