Law money 02

PITTSBURGH – An Allegheny County man alleges he was not paid the commissions he earned in 2017.

Robert F. Stirone filed a complaint on Dec. 19, 2017, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Mchutchison Inc. alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was hired as a sales associate for the defendant in May 2011. The suit states he resigned from the company in January 2017, but was convinced to continue working for the defendant through June or July.

The plaintiff holds Mchutchison Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly denied payment of plaintiff's bonuses and commissions earned in 2017.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $75,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Alexander Jamiolkowski and Margaret M. Egan of Egan & Jamiolkowski in Pittsburgh.
