American Express alleges consumer owes more than $40,000 on account

PITTSBURGH – A Monroeville woman is alleged to have failed to pay the balance due on a credit account.

American Express Centurion Bank filed a complaint on March 8 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Natalie McAllister alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff issued a credit services account to the defendant and the defendant has breached the terms of the account. The plaintiff alleges $43,658.54 is due and owing on the account.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for the sum of $43,658.54 plus court costs. It is represented by Jonathan Cawley and Nash Boone of Zwicker & Associates PC in Bensalem.
