PITTSBURGH – A Kansas City, Missouri company alleges an Oakdale corporation failed to pay for goods.
Frontier Bag Inc. filed a complaint on March 9 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Lohman Environmental Systems Inc. alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff sold and delivered goods to the defendant from September 2015 to September 2017. It alleges the defendant has not paid the invoices in full.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $178,869.74 plus interest at the rate of 6 percent. It is represented by Charles F. Bennett of Bennett Law Office PC in Pittsburgh.
