Penn-Sylvan International Inc. allegedly failed to pay overtime wages

PITTSBURGH — An individual is suing Penn-Sylvan International Inc. for allegedly failing to pay overtime wages. 

Shawn Harger filed a complaint on March 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant failed to pay him fair wages for all his work.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked as a kiln operator for more than 40 hours per week during his employment, but he allegedly was not paid any overtime wages. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to pay him overtime wages when he allegedly worked more than 40 hours per week.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all damages, unpaid wages and compensation, liquidated damages, court costs, interest and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Sergei Lemberg of Lemberg Law LLC in Wilton, Conn.
