PITTSBURGH — An individual is suing Ryan Vandegrift, a real estate agent, for alleged fraud, negligence and unjust enrichment.
Allen Hena filed a complaint on March 14 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendant concealed the defective nature of the property he purchased.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he bought a property that allegedly had several defects that allegedly required additional costs to repair. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly concealing the defects of the property in order to induce him into purchasing it.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages in an amount that exceeds $176,560, treble damages, court costs, interest and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Robert W. Koehler of Robert W. Koehler, Esquire in Pittsburgh.
