Ollie Property Management LLC accused of breach of contract

PITTSBURGH — A company is suing Ollie Property Management LLC for alleged breach of contract.

Vitmore Baum Holdings LP filed a complaint on March 20 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendant failed and refused to provide accounting records to the plaintiff based on their agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered financial damages due to allegedly losing significant amounts of money that allegedly were taken or misappropriated. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to collect income that allegedly was due and owing to the landlord and enforce residential lease agreement provisions, including allegedly failing to collect utility charges from tenants.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant, an order for the defendant to return the funds in question, court costs, out-of-money expenses and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Jonathan M. Kamin and David M. Delgreco of Goldberg, Kamin & Garvin LLP in Pittsburgh.
