Poros Inc. accused of breach of contract

PITTSBURGH — A company is suing Poros Inc. for alleged breach of contract.

Samuels and Son Seafood Co. Inc. filed a complaint on March 27 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendant failed to pay for the food products it received.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged financially due to allegedly not being paid for the invoices it sent. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly breaching its contractual agreement by allegedly failing to pay for the food products it received.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $45,521.33, plus interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Raymond P. Wendolowski Jr. of Bernstein-Burkley P.C. in Pittsburgh.
