PITTSBURGH — Two individuals are suing George Junior Republic in Pennsylvania and George Junior Republic for allegedly failing to properly compensate them for their work.

Mia McEachern and Donald J. McEachern filed a complaint on March 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants failed to fairly compensate them for their work.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they worked more than 40 hours per week as hourly employees without being paid any overtime compensation. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to pay them for all the hours they worked despite allegedly knowing that they had performed more than 40 hours of work.

The plaintiffs seek all damages, interest and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Barbara Seman Ochs, K. Jennifer Muir and Tara M. Mooney of Evans, Garvey, Lackey & Ochs in Sharon, Pa.
