OBERMAYER: Hillary Moonay to Present at BCBA CLE “The New Support Guideline Calculation”

Obermayer issued the following announcement on Feb. 8.

Family Law partner Hillary Moonay will be speaking at the Bucks County Bar Association on Tuesday, February 19, regarding calculations under the new support guidelines. This CLE course will take place from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. and is valid for 1.0 substantive credit. Hillary will be accompanied by Mike Cianfichi and Frank Filipovits, both of the Bucks County Domestic Relations Office.

Hillary focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, mediation, arbitration, and related issues.
