Chester man alleges tribe-run online lender charged excessive rates on loan

PHILADELPHIA – Joseph Wildcat Sr., the president of the Lac Du Flambeau Tribe of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians is alleged to have violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and is now facing a lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

PHILADELPHIA – Plain Green LLC and former CEO Joel Rosette will not be required to testify in a lawsuit filed by Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro against Think Finance LLC, according to an opinion issued Sept. 26 by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
