Plaintiffs seek class certification in LuLaRoe tax payment case

PITTSBURGH – LuLaRoe customers have asked the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania to certify a class as part of their sales tax collection class action lawsuit filed against the company.

PITTSBURGH — Online clothing company LuLaRoe has submitted a motion to dismiss the lawsuit against it after successfully preventing the case from being certified as a class action.
