A Philadelphia resident is suing after sustaining injury from a dangerous sidewalk.
Frances Walker filed a lawsuit Feb. 24 in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas against Zion Trust, Leon Sullivan Center and the city of Philadelphia, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on Nov. 24, the plaintiff was walking on the sidewalk on the defendants' property at 1336 W. Jefferson St., Philadelphia, when she tripped and fell on the dangerous sidewalk. The complaint states the defendants' negligence caused the plaintiff's injuries.
Frances Walker is seeking more than $50,000 in damages. The plaintiff is being represented in the case by Val Pleet Wilson.
