PHILADELPHIA - A retail patron and her husband are suing a store, alleging she suffered injuries after falling on a wet floor.

Theresa McManus and Daniel McManus of Levittown filed a lawsuit June 16 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Big Lots of Columbus, Ohio, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on June 18, 2013, Theresa McManus was on the premises of Big Lots, 2645 Durham Road in Bristol, when she slipped and fell on a wet and slippery floor while walking toward the restrooms near the front of the store.
