Brandywine Construction sued after man falls on icy sidewalk

Sidewalk

PHILADELPHIA – A Kings County, New York man is suing a construction company following an incident in which he fell and was injured.

Clyde Mason filed a complaint on Dec. 15 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Brandywine Construction Inc. and SR Partners alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, Mason was on the premises of Brandywine Construction legally in January, when he was caused to slip and fall on a wet and icy sidewalk. Mason was injured in the fall and claims this was the direct result of the company's failure to indicate the dangerous condition.

Mason is seeking compensation of more than $75,000 for all damages received and legal fees. He is represented by Rhonda Hill Wilson of the Law Offices of Rhonda Hill Wilson PC in Philadelphia.
