PITTSBURGH — The federal government is suing over allegations of default on a loan.
The United States of America filed a complaint on April 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Amzi Gillcrese, alleging failure to comply with a loan agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it did not receive payment in the total amount of $6,396.81. The plaintiff holds Amzi Gillcrese responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to make payment for his indebtedness.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $6,396.81, plus pre-judgment and post judgment interest, attorney's fees, costs and any other such relief that the court deems just and proper.
