PHILADELPHIA — A Delaware corporation is suing Ironshore Indemnity Inc. of Minnesota and Atlantic Structural Panels Inc. of Pennsylvania, citing alleged breach of contract and failure to pay for completed work.
North East Contractors Inc. filed a complaint on May 24 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff for work.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that North East Contractors Inc. suffered damages as a result of unpaid work it provided. The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $188,999.02 plus interest, court costs and any further relief the court sees fit. It is represented by Edward Seglias and Allie J. Hallmark of Cohen, Seglias, Pallas Greenhall & Furman, P.C. in Philadelphia.
