PITTSBURGH – The federal government has filed suit against a Carnegie man seeking payment for an allegedly unpaid loan.
United States of America filed a complaint on Aug. 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Raymond Clemons, also known as R. Clemons, alleging that the individual failed to pay plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Raymond Clemons failed to pay plaintiff for the principal balance of a debt he owed.
The plaintiff seeks amount of $3,396.16 plus interest, court costs and any other relief the court grants. It is represented by John F. Kroto of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett PC in Erie.
