HARRISBURG — A woman has filed a class-action lawsuit against her employer, JDK Management Company L.P. and JDK Management Company Inc., alleging violation of wage laws.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she has not been paid the legal minimum wage. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly improperly utilized the tip-credit provision of the law.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks unpaid minimum wages, interest, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. She is represented by Peter Winebrake, R. Andrew Santillo, and Mark J. Gottesfeld of Winebrake & Santillo, LLC in Dresher.
