PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania company has filed a class-action lawsuit against Glenn Family Inc. d/b/a Headwind Consumer Products, a Nebraska corporation, citing alleged violation of telephone harassment statutes.

Wendell H. Stone Company Inc. d/b/a Stone filed a complaint on Aug. 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Glenn Family Inc. d/b/a Headwind Consumer Products, alleging that the Nebraska corporation sent unsolicited fax advertisement to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in June 2015, it received fax advertisements that were sent without its consent. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly sending the unsolicited advertisements via fax.

It is represented by Stuart Gaul Jr of Gaul Legal LLC in Pittsburgh, Steven L. Woodrow and Patrick H. Peluso of Woodrow & Peluso, LLC in Denver and Stefan Coleman of Law Offices of Stefan Coleman, P.A in Lakewood, New Jersey.
