PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing William D. Rodgers d/b/a TBI Steel, an individual and his business, citing alleged breach of contract.
M-Cor Steel Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against William D. Rodgers d/b/a TBI Steel, alleging that Rodgers and his business failed to pay invoices for materials ordered from the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that since 2011, M-Cor Steel Inc. has suffered damages from unpaid bills for materials. The plaintiff holds Rodgers d/b/a TBI Steel responsible for allegedly failing to pay the plaintiff for all amounts owing.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount in excess of $75,000 plus interest, court costs and further relief the court grants. It is represented by Justin M. Tuskan and John R. O'Keefe, Jr. of Metz Lewis Brodman Must O'Keefe LLC in Pittsburgh.
